We do not accept returns on original, custom made-to-order or commissioned pieces unless it arrives damaged or defective.

We will take the utmost care with your piece however if it does arrive defective or faulty, please contact me and we will assess.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
